Blockchain technology is very popular and fashionable in this last decade. This great innovation, which emerged in 2008 (by Satoshi Nakamoto), giving birth to Bitcoin was initially, reserved only for cryptocurrency. But over the years, its application fields have expanded and it has become ubiquitous not only in the financial sector but almost in the economy in general.

In fact, the decentralized character of the Blockchain, coupled with its security and transparency, allows collaboration between users and the development of collective intelligence to ensure a real dynamism in the economy. The decentralization of the Blockchain is due to the fact that it consists of a distributed network operating in P2P (peer-to-peer) mode. This network is a set of nodes which follows the same computing protocol. And it is through these nodes that transmissions and storage of informations which are structured by linked and interrelated blocks, occur, respecting regular intervals time. The validation of the stored information in the blocks is done by users-validators designated by "miners" in the case of the cryptocurrency. As for the security of the Blockchain, it is mainly provided by cryptography tools including asymmetric cryptography such as: Hash functions, electronic signatures etc. And generally based on difficult problems in mathematics.

Currently the Blockchain is at the service of different sectors such as banks, insurance, health and pharmaceutical industry, supply chain of many sectors (agri-food,  international trade, distribution, aeronautics, automobile ...), music-industry, energy, real estate, vote ... According to the concept of Klaus Schwab, (contemporary German economist, founder and president of the World Economic Forum) it is at the heart of the 4th digital technological revolution in parallel with the artificial intelligence, knowing that the third industrial revolution was digital ( advent of computers in 1960) and the first two industrial revolts were technical (Steam engine between 1760 and 1840, then electricity and mass production).

For its part, Michel Bauwen, Founder of P2P, said that the Blockchain allows autonomous entities to enter into contracts with each other without the need for a collective, community or trusted third party. Indeed, the smart contracts is a concrete application. These are stand-alone programs that automatically execute the conditions and terms of a contract previously defined and recorded in the Blockchain, without the need for human intervention.

Thus the Blockchain has the potential to radically transform our ways of exchanging information, producing goods and services, investing and financing our businesses. His apprehension and application is a challenge to modernize our economy.

In Morocco, the concerns of private sectors and public sectors are oriented towards the Blockchain. The royal letter signed on 30 December 2016 in Marrakech, addressed to the Minister of Justice and Liberties and whose primary objective is the fight against land spoliation, is a real stimulant of the reflection around the Blockchain. In fact, "To dispossess others (illegally) of their property has become a recurrent practice that is proven by the number of court cases, the numerous complaints and the information provided by the press", says His Majesty King Mohammed VI, that God glorify Him.  (Source: Economist: Edition N ° 4941 of 18/01/2017).

In this context, the International Congress BBS'2019 will be the right moment to illustrate the potential of this revolutionary technology and promote cooperation between academics, industrialists, entrepreneurs and various experts / specialists of national and international fame. In fact, this congress will include conferences lectures led by high-level Keynote Speakers, presentations by speakers who have a very rich professional career in the field and will be honored by the presence of luminaries and senior officials in the Moroccan economy sectors. Likewise, round tables will be devoted to the debate around the Blockchain use, legal framework and regulations in the Moroccan economy. The last round table will be reserved exclusively for the heads of the establishment that is the FSR, our Research Team IPSS, companies and some financial organizations to complete partnerships. And to close, the launch of the first Moroccan researchers network regrouping, computer scientists, jurists and economists and entitled: "Blockchain Moroccan Network for Blockchain Technology” will be announced in the presence of participants.
